South32 (previously BHP Billiton) is a major sponsor of the MJD Foundation.  South32 provides significant financial and in-kind support to the MJD Foundation benefiting MJD clients and their families on Groote Eylandt and beyond in the NE Arnhemland region.


The Anindilyakwa Land Council is a major partner and sponsor of the MJD Foundation.  The ALC committed  $1,000,000 in funding to the MJDF research fund in 2009 demonstrating incredible leadership in investing in research for the benefit of Indigenous Australians living with Machado Joseph Disease from Groote Eylandt archipelago.

NAB has sponsored the MJD Foundation's "Medical Protocols" project.  This important project pulls together international best practices to define a standard set of medical protocols to provide guidance in treating the symptoms of Machado Joseph Disease.

Arnold Bloch Leibler is sponsoring the MJD Foundation for the International MJD Conference to fund the Israeli MJD Association along with top Israeli researchers to attend the conference and to take a post-conference trip to Groote Eylandt.
